About
The Decorative Arts Society is a not-for-profit organization founded in 1990 to encourage interest in, appreciation of, and exchange of information about decorative arts. To pursue its purposes, the society sponsors meetings, programs, seminars, and a newsletter, as well as an awards program to recognize scholarship in the field. Its supporters include museum professionals, academics, collectors, institutions, dealers, and decorative arts enthusiasts.
